WellSleep is a mobile application designed to help you track your baby's sleep patterns, record lullabies, and play ambient sounds. By using our app, you agree to these terms of service.
2. Account and Usage
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this application.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You may only use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You may not share content that violates others' rights or is illegal.
3. Premium Subscription
- Premium features are offered through monthly or annual subscriptions.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Subscription fees are processed through the App Store or Google Play.
- Refund requests are subject to the respective app store's policies.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
- All content within the app (sounds, designs, text) belongs to WellSleep.
- Lullabies you record belong to you but remain within the app.
- You may not copy, distribute, or use content for commercial purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
- WellSleep is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice.
- Always consult a healthcare professional for your baby's health concerns.
- The app is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted service.
- We are not liable for any data loss.

7. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Account Termination
Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or terminated without prior notice. You can delete your account at any time through the app settings.
